Man Duct Tapes Girlfriend Mouth Shut

KEVIN JOHN FRANCO, 34, has been sentenced to 90 days in the St. Lucie County Jail for duct taping his girlfriend's hands and mouth so that "she would listen."

In October 2008, his girlfriend said she awoke to find her boyfriend duct-taping her hands together and then duct-taping her mouth. She said that she managed to get loose after a while, but when she tried to get to a phone, Franco ripped the phones out of the walls.

His girlfriend finally managed to use her cell phone to call for help and Franco was then arrested for felony false imprisonment, misdemeanor battery and tampering with a witness.

In the report, Franco says, "Yes, I tied her hands and I taped her mouth closed, but only so she would listen."

So let that be a lesson to you, ladies, if you don't listen to what your man has to say, you may wake up to find yourself bound and gagged and having no choice but to listen.
