Her Body Language

When having sex, it can sometimes be hard to tell whether she is enjoying it or not. There are ways to tell if she is getting off with your moves by reading her sexual body language. When having sex her body will display signs of arousal that she can't fake. So if your worried about your performance in bed and need some reassurance, then look out for these sexual body language signs that say she is getting what she wants from you.

SHE IS THRUSTING HER HIPS

When she thrusts her hips in rhythm with yours then you are doing something right. Our bodies are designed to generate orgasm, and if she is matching her body movements with yours, then you are probably hitting the right spot. The hardest part is finding the right spot. If she isn't matching your thrusts then her sexual body language is telling you that she wants something else. Try a different position and see how she responds.

SHE IS BREATHING RAPIDLY

When she is turned on she will start to breath more urgently. This is because as her body prepares for orgasm, her internal organs and muscles require more oxygen, increasing her heart rate. She may even let out a few uncontrolled moans as air is forced quickly past her vocal chords. If you hear her breathing change and can feel her heart rate increase then she is definitely aroused. However if she is breathing normally after having an orgasm then she is probably faking it.

VAGINAL MUSCLE MOVEMENT

Her vaginal wall is a very strong muscle and she will probably use it during sex for her own pleasure. When she orgasms you may feel her contracting and relaxing, clenching your penis to some extent. However this may not always happen, as it really depends on how much control she has. Women who have great control tend to have better sex and orgasms in general. Feel for clenching and by the feel of her vagina you should be able to tell that she's not far away from orgasm.

SHE IS MAKING BODY MOVEMENT

If she is curling her toes or clutching onto bed sheets with her hands then she is almost certainly enjoying her self. If she is grinding and pushing up against you then you are doing something right. However if she is lying there stiff then she probably isn't enjoying it. Try changing positions or warm her up by giving her oral sex and see how her sexual body language changes from there.

HER ARMS ARE SPLAYED OUT

If her arms are stretched out wide, either held out to the side or splayed out on the bed sheets then her sexual body language is telling you that she is comfortable and enjoying the ride. However if she is holding her arms in close to her own body then she may not be enjoying it so much. She shouldn't be worried about where her arms are or covering herself up.

THE LANGUAGE OF SEX

Every man wants to be the best at sex. However what worked for one woman doesn't necessarily mean it will work for the next. So try different positions and experiment. When you hear her moans then you know your hitting the right spot.
