Dating Without Kissing

Dating Q">I date a lot. About 3 different guys a week. But I am not keen on kissing them all goodnight. When they come in for a kiss, I feel sort of obligated to kiss them. It's not that I don't like them; it's just that I feel it's too early to kiss after one date.

What can I do to ensure that they won't come in for the kiss and we can avoid the awkward situation of rejection?

Men are nervous enough going in for the kiss, so if you want to ensure that they don't attempt the kiss, you have to make the first move.

What you need to do is go in for the hug. That way, he can't see your mouth, let alone try to plant his lips over it. If you're in the car, it's a little more difficult to avoid the close quarters, so try to hug the guy and then quickly back up into your seat before opening the door to get out.

You can also make it clear during your date in a casual conversation that you are not the kind of girl who kisses on the first date. This may backfire, however, as the guy might think that you're challenging him. I hate to say it, but a kiss after a first date is usually a rite of passage.

Great question. I strongly recommend that you try out a high end caf'e that offers food. That way, if you don't click, you can down your coffee and be on your merry way.

If you do click, you can either grab a bite at the caf'e or head to another place for dinner.

The reason I recommend a high end caf'e is because meeting her at Mickey Dees just screams miser and no woman wants to date a miser.
