I once had a boyfriend who was addicted to video games. The relationship didn't last and that was one of the many reasons why.
It seems I'm not alone - 20% of women who dated a guy who played video games, dumped him because the video games tended to come before her.
What's worse is that 70% of women said that the video games were the major cause of arguments between them.
The worst video game culprit in this mess? Call of Duty.
Of course, women aren't completely innocent - 72% of guys complained that their girlfriends spent way too much time online, but only 6% were willing to dump them over it.
So as technology improves with every passing minute, it seems that we are getting worse at communicating with each other. It's kind of a sad stat of affairs if you think about it. I'm going to go update my Facebook status now and discuss this with people I really don't know.
