Play The Game Of Relationships

Many believe that dating and relationships are a game to be played by the two sexes. If it were a game, somebody will win and somebody will unfortunately lose. In any relationship, you have to lay down everything you want at the very beginning. That way, relationships will have no loose ends and less heartache is necessary. In the world of dating, you can either fool around or get into something real and eventually get a boyfriend. That's just how it works. Anything less than a boyfriend is just somebody you are hanging out with for fun. It's either you are serious with the guy or you're not.

THE PLAYERS

Many people fool around in relationships for various reasons. Men in particular are known for playing with several women at the same time. For one, many of these so-called "players" have come from bad relationships themselves. Because they got hurt, they close up and shield themselves from getting attached to a woman. You have to be careful with guys who are just after all the flirting and sex. They are just in it for the thrill of the chase and nothing more. Trust me; I've been one of those guys who find it really easy to hook up with a girl. I come with lies and trick them into getting into bed with me. Sometimes it's just that simple. I've now realized the dos and don'ts of relationships and now I'm happily a boyfriend of someone.

FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS

In other lesser cases, guys also use the term "friends with benefits." This means that they are still attached with women socially but not intimately or in any other way. They are just friends who catch up every now and then just to mess around. These relationships are very fickle since there is no foundation or basis for growth. Dating is not exclusive, you are allowed to get another boyfriend, and it's purely for pleasure.

GETTING A BOYFRIEND

If you really want to get a boyfriend, you have to stay clear from those who are just fooling around. You have to make it clear early on what type of relationship you want so that your expectations will be met. If you don't establish certain ground rules, you might just end up just another girl in some guy's resume. Though men will portray themselves as tough and as "players" many of them are just lonely deep inside. At the end of the day, after all the women they've fooled around with, they still end up alone with no one to talk to. They'll eventually tire out and give in to the chase. Don't worry if you don't have Mr. Right at the moment because he'll sure to come by very soon.

THE KEY IN RELATIONSHIPS

Relationships are a very touchy subject that can bring a whole lot of love or the exact opposite, a ton of heartaches. If you are really serious in finding a boyfriend, make it clear early on. When you start going out with a guy, tell him what you expect out of the whole dating process and ask him what his expectations are. This lessens the miscommunication and confusion that people often experience. Stay true to yourself and be careful of not being played. Yes, love is a game, but play it the right way.
