Shyness is one of men’s greatest weaknesses when it comes to women. Well, maybe except for David DeAngelo or other pickup artists who are already experts in dating with women. This is the reason why some men find it hard to approach a woman.

There is actually a reason towards this attitude of men. First, we are afraid of rejection. What comes into our mind if we get rejected is the shame. 3. Practice. Approach some women you like in just a friendly and casual manner. Just choose the woman that you like less and are shy to approach.

4. Take the risk. If you don’t try to do it, you’ll never succeed and will remain shy with women. Unless you like it that way, you should start gaining more confidence and be more positive about yourself.

It will be a long process but imagine being like the pickup artist who is confident and can date any woman he likes. It will be very rewarding to overcome your shyness.
