During the date you should watch your date and see her body language. You will be able to tell if she is nervous, ready to leave, happy with the date, etc.

If your date is fidgeting and looking around the room she could either be nervous or she could be ready to get out of there because the date is going sour. Either way you need to make sure that you change the way that she is feeling pretty quickly. What should you do about it? Get her talking about something she is passionate about. Does she like horses? Maybe she is interested in art? Once you get her talking about something that she is passionate about she is going to relax and the conversation is going to flow nicely.

Besides for this taking a lot of weight off your shoulders and making her more comfortable, when she talks to you about something she is passionate about it will make her think with the emotional side of her brain instead of the logical side. When she is thinking with the emotional side of her brain this will allow her to connect the positive feelings she has about her passion with you.
