First, 50-year-old RICKEY A KEMPTER hired an exotic dancer in Wyoming for a private performance at the Lariat Motel. He picked up her at the strip joint and they hopped into a cab together to go to the Lariat Motel so she could do the private performance.
Maybe I'm not with the times anymore, but this sounds less like a "private performance" and more like full-on prostitution. Last I heard, private lap dances actually happened "the strip joint, not at a nearby motel.
Anyway, when RICKEY A. KEMPTER gave the cab driver a roll of $50 bills to wait for them, the cabbie noticed that the bills looked odd and were not cut evenly.
The cabbie called the cops, and RICKEY A. KEMPTER was arrested. The prostitute, uh, stripper, was not arrested though.
The funniest part was that Kempter told investigators that he made the bills on a printer at home, but planned on going back home to get real money to pay the dancer. That is hilarious.
