ACCORDING TO AN OKCUPID STUDY, BLACK WOMEN ARE LEAST LIKELY TO GET RESPONSES TO THEIR ONLINE DATING EMAIL QUERIES. Middle Eastern and Pacific Islanders top the list, followed by white women when it comes to which women get the most responses.
A new book by KARYN LANGHORNE FOLAn, called"'t Bring Home A White "ventures into the option of a black woman moving beyond her own race and seeking a compatible partner in another.
And considering THERE ARE 1.8 MILLION MORE BLACK WOMEN THAN THERE ARE MEN, it looks like they're not going to have a choice. Think about it; even if every black woman and man partnered up and got married, there would still be 1.8 million black women with no partner.
AND THAT'S BEFORE WE DELVE INTO THE BLACK MEN WHO ARE IN JAIL, GAY, OR SIMPLY DONT WANT TO GET MARRIED. ADD TO THAT THE 14% OF BLACK MEN WHO MARRY OUTSIDE THEIR RACE, and the chances of a black woman finding a black man to settle down with becomes slim to none.
