Field Report First Day Game Approach

I've read several articles and ebooks on day game but never actually tried it, until last week. There's something intimidating about approaching a woman without a drop of alcohol and the assumption that you're interrupting her day. At least at a bar or club, you know a woman is there to socialize. With day game approaches, you never know if she'll be receptive to your approach. So how did my first day game approach go? Read on to find out.

Last Thursday I went to a hair salon for a haircut. It was my first trip to a salon in search for a more stylish haircut. As soon as I sit down, I notice three women in the shop. The trio consisted of one cute Hispanic brunette HB7, one thick light-skinned Hispanic girl with tattoos on one arm HB5 and one bigger white woman getting her hair done HB3. From here on out I'll refer to each girl by their HB numbers.

Throughout my hair cut I was checking out the HB7 through the mirrors. She caught me once and shot me a smile. After my haircut, I simply paid the guy and walked out. Unfortunately, I was in no mood to open the HB7 with hair clippings all over my face and shoulders so I walked out with a plan to open her on my next haircut. A wussy move I was not proud of at the time.

But something interesting happened when I got to my car. I glanced back into the shop and locked eyes with the HB7 from across the parking lot. It was completely unintentional but it seemed to have set something off in her psyche. After a few seconds, the HB7 and HB5 stormed outside smiling and giggling staring right at me. I smiled back, jumped in my car and headed home.

Now it wouldn't be much of a field report if that was the end of it, but luckily, it's not. After about 20 minutes I realized what an idiot I was for not capitalizing on what had just transpired. A HB7 and a HB5 had just given me strong indicators of interest (IOIs) and I had done absolutely nothing. So after a few minutes of wallowing I decided to do something about it.

I Googled the beauty salon and called the shop. After a few seconds of intense anxiety waiting for someone to answer, a woman comes on the line. I ask to speak to the hair dresser and she quickly passes the phone. A woman by the name of Roxy answers and I explain the situation trying not to sound like a wuss. Once she understands the situation I give her the direct approach. I tell her I thought she was really cute and that we should get together sometime. After an awkward silence she apologizes and says that this has never happened to her before. I could hear the joy in her voice. I give her my number and hang up.

A few minutes later she texts me to give me her number and that's how my first day game approach ended, with a number close. Can't wait to do it again.
