Police released a picture of the man that can be seen at Huffington Post, but this begs the question: If a woman rejects a man, should she be afraid of what he might do to her?
In my own life, I've encountered a few freaks as well.
One time, a guy came up behind me on the dance floor, trying to grind with me. When a turned around and said "no thank you", he grabbed me by the hair and yanked it so hard I fell to my knees.
Luckily I was there with a bunch of friends who kicked the crap out of him.
Another time, I was at a bar with a girlfriend and we were talking to intently when a guy came right between us and started hitting on me. When I told him I wasn't interested, he started swearing at me and telling me that he wanted to bash my face into the bar.
Security came and escorted him out because his voice overpowered the music and even his friends came over and apologized. I was escorted out by police for fear of what he might do.
I get that sometimes guys spend an entire night getting rejected by women, and sometimes I become the straw that breaks the camel's back, but is it really fair to freak out to such an extent that a woman feels like her life is in danger?
I get that it's not easy getting rejected, and I know that sometimes women can be incredibly rude in their rejections, but that doesn't make it okay to threaten someone or physically hurt them.
So please guys, if you can't deal with the rejection, don't even bother. Rage isn't going to help anyone.
