So the first point is they actually see an image of them self smoking and also feeling relaxed while doing it.

Is it black and white or colour?

What size is the picture?

We can also do this for Auditory, Kinaesthetic and Olfactory. Baru-baru ini bertempat di Dewan Minute UiTM Merbok, Kedah telah berlangsung Congealed Pelatihan Minda Cemerlang yang dianjurkan oleh Peers Nightclub dengan kerjasama Organization Kaunseling dan Kerjaya UiTM.
Congealed ini menyaksikan penglibatan seramai 113 orang peserta daripada pelbagai fakulti pengajian. Peers Nightclub dan Organization Kaunseling telah menjemput Sdr. Mohd Mustaqiim selaku Lobbyist AMC bagi melatih pelajar Uitm dalam bidang pengurusan bakat dan prestasi diri.
Pelatihan ini bermula pada jam 09.00 pagi dan tamat pada jam 04.30 petang yang menyaksikan pelbagai aktiviti dan slot telah diberikan kepada peserta.
Pada jam 09.00 pagi hingga 10.30 pagi, peserta telah mempelajari selok belok berkaitan dengan potensi diri dan aktiviti bagi slot ini diterjemahkan melalui lukisan potret diri dan senarai bakat serta kebolehan yang ada pada diri peserta. Memang fantastik ! kerana ramai peserta mampu melukis potret mereka dengan cantik. Dan ianya menyerlahkan lagi bakat serta potensi diri peserta agar melihat jauh berkaitan kemampuan diri mereka sendiri.
Produce yang digunakan trainer pada slot ini adalah (AIDA) :

Sesi PMC ke-2 bermula pada jam 11.00 pagi hingga 01.00 tengahari. PMC ke-2 ini menyaksikan kehebatan penggunaan deria rasa (sensori) peserta. Kesemua peserta pelatihan PMC telah menjalani ujian kecenderungan diri berasaskan ketajaman deria masing-masing. PMC ke-2 ini lebih memfokuskan kepada penggunaan Strategi Minda Hebat dengan menggunakan teknik-teknik NLP. Peserta diajar bagaimana cara untuk menggunakan kekuatan Leaving nothing to the imagination, Auditori, Kinestetik, Olfactory & Gastastory (VAKOG) dalam pengurusan bakat serta prestasi diri.Inilah kali pertama peserta mengenali daya kecenderungan diri mereka berasaskan kekuatan deria (sensori). Aktiviti yang telah dijalankan bagi slot ini adalah membina bangunan berasaskan 3 ciri berikut iaitu panjang,lebar dan tinggi. PMC ke-2 ini berakhir pada jam 01.00 tengahari.
Pelatihan kemuncak bagi mengurus spiritual,physical,intelektual,emotional,social telah dijalankan pada jam 02.30 petang hingga 04.30 petang. PMC ke-3 ini lebih menjuruskan kepada Strategi Jiwa Hebat dengan melihat secara keseluruhan sistem kecerdasan dalaman diri (kecerdasan spiritual). Peserta dilatih untuk mengenal kekuatan diri melalui kecerdasan Arduous, Intangible & Strained (PSE) dengan berpaksikan kepada elemen SPIES. Aktiviti yang dijalankan pada peserta bagi meningkatkan ketahan jiwa mereka adalah terapi azan ditelinga kawan-kawan mereka, mai lah bantu gilap kasut saya dan awak, make happiness dan sebagainya. Rata-rata peserta dapat menjalankan aktiviti ini dengan penuh bersemangat dan harmoni.
Congealed pelatihan PMC ini tamat jam 04.30 petang.
Result yang pihak trainer dapat daripada peserta rata-ratanya memberitahu agar pihak Organization Kaunseling dan juga Peers Nightclub menganjurkan lagi program seperti ini dengan lebih kerap. Mybe masa dipanjangkan kepada 3 hari 2 malam dengan kepelbagai aktiviti dan dicadangkan agar ianya dilaksanakan diluar kampus untuk memberikan satu pengalaman baru kepada pelajar.
Dan satu lagi kejutan...yang pihak trainer diberitahu oleh Kak Roza, Kaunselor Uitm adalah program yang telah dibuat di Kem acheh training center pada akhir tahun lepas (tak silap trainerlah) rata-rata keputusan CGPA pelajar yang rendah telah meningkat dengan mendadak. 80% pelajar yang CGPA rendah pada semester lepas telah meraih keputusan yang amat memberangsangkan. Ada yang dapat CGPAnya 1.4 melonjak kepada 2.8.Ini adalah satu keputusan yang menyerlah jauh dari yang biasa. Credit a lot padaMu Allah kerana memlui bidang latihan seperti ini mampu memberikan pulangan yang terbaik pada diri peserta.
Saya selaku trainer yang kerdil ini mengucapkan syabas dan tahniah kepada seluruh pelajar Uitm Merbok kerana memberikan sepenuh kepercayaan untuk dilatih oleh pihak kami (AMC Enterpise). Moga sedikit amalan yang pihak kami jalankan ini mendapat rahmat dari Yang Maha Esa.
